Your Agreement

By accessing or using any part of the site (airsol.tech), the application, the service, and/or content (i.e., any information, data, or other content or materials appearing or otherwise made accessible on or through the site or application), Service Users agree to be bound by these Terms, which shall govern your access to and use of the service of Aircon Solutions (Airsol).

Modifications, updates, and/or improvements to the site, application, services, and/or content are likewise covered by these Terms. Airsol may, at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion, modify, amend, or change in part or in whole the Terms by posting such to the site. Continued access or use of the site, application, service, or content, after said posting signifies Service Users’ unqualified acceptance of the modification, amendment, and/or change, which are effective, retroactively, on the day of posting.

The Service Users hereby voluntarily give their consent to Airsol to use personal information for any lawful purposes.

Accessing and/or using the site, application, services, and/or the content may be subject to specific laws, domestic and international. The Service Users assume full and sole responsibility to ensure that they access and/or use the services and the content only in compliance with such applicable laws.

Airsol does not and cannot warrant that the site, application, services, and/or the content are legal outside the Philippines. The Service Users assume full and sole responsibility if they opt to access the site, application, services, and/or the content outside the Philippines.

1. Services

Airsol provides air conditioning services including installation, repair, cleaning, and ocular visit.

2. Relationship of the Parties

Airsol is an air conditioning service company based in Metro Manila. While it does not operate as a standalone service center or parts depot, Airsol collaborates with leading partners such as Samsung, Carrier, Koppel, Midea, Aux Aircon, Mitsubishi, and Condura. These partnerships enable Airsol to enhance its service offerings while maintaining direct responsibility for managing and delivering high-quality services to its users.

3. Definition of Terms

• Account: Any duly registered account required to access the Platform.
• Agreement: The Terms and Conditions agreed to by a Service User, which are binding upon its acceptance.
• Platform: The website and application on which the Service request is made.
• Service User: Any person, natural or juridical, who has duly registered and used the Platform to request services offered by Airsol.
• Services: Includes installation, repair, cleaning, and ocular visit services.
• Terms of Use: Specific obligations binding the Service Users.

4. User’s Representations and Undertakings

By submitting your account application, you confirm the following:

• You are over 18 years of age.
• You intend to be a Service User.
• All the information you have entered on this website is true and correct.
• Your use of the website does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• You have the authority to enter and be bound by these Terms of Use.
• You agree that The Airsol Platform is provided “as is” and without warranty.

5. The Airsol Platform

The Airsol Platform is a service platform that enables individuals or businesses to seek and obtain services directly from Airsol.

6. Use of the Website

While the Website may be accessed without first registering, full access to Airsol Services requires account creation.

7. Cancellations

A day before the scheduled service, our administrator will contact you to confirm your booking. At this point, you may choose to cancel or proceed with the service. Once you decide to proceed, cancellations will no longer be allowed. Failure to be present when our technicians arrive at your location will lead to a suspension of your system access.

8. Limitations of Liability

Airsol is not liable for damages except as specifically outlined.

9. Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Airsol is not responsible for third-party goods, products, or services.

10. Disputes

Any disputes related to services will be addressed between Airsol and the Service User.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Airsol reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including suspending, banning, or permanently terminating your account, if you engage in conduct that breaches these Terms. Actions may include:

• Temporary Suspension: Your account may be temporarily restricted while we review potential violations.
• Banning: Your access to certain features or services may be blocked if a breach is identified.
• Permanent Termination: Your account may be permanently deactivated if serious or repeated violations occur.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

The software and intellectual property rights of the Platform are owned by Airsol.

13. Complete Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Airsol regarding the use of the website and services.

14. Governing Law & Venue

The rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any claims or disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Metro Manila.
